Tell us what you would like to store: a will, LPAs, deeds, certificates or other important papers. Use the form, call us, or arrange a video call on Zoom, Microsoft Teams or Google Meet if you would rather talk it through. We confirm a fixed price up front. You can register a record of your documents for free.
Get your documents to us
Email us at info@nationaldocumentregister.com before you send anything. We confirm your plan and tell you exactly how to send your documents by tracked and insured post, or arrange to receive them in person by appointment. We confirm receipt and log exactly what we hold.
We store them safely
Held in fireproof, flood-safe, insured storage, with a secure record of what we hold and a scanned copy of every document.
We release them to the right people
Email us any time and we will send you a scanned copy of any document we hold, or arrange for a physical original to be sent when it is needed. When the time comes, your executors follow a simple, verified process to obtain what they need.
