Create a free, private record of what important documents you have and where they are held, so your family and executors can always find them. It is the simplest first step, and it costs nothing.

We scan everything we store. Whenever you need to see a document, email us and we will send a scanned copy to the email address we hold for you, or for someone you have authorised, while the original stays safe with us.
Easy, honest retrieval
Scanned copies by email are always free. When your will is needed by your executors, we release it to them free of charge. If you ever want a physical original posted out at other times, there is a small, at-cost dispatch fee for secure, tracked delivery, and nothing more. We do not charge search or access fees.
For solicitors and will writers
Store clients' documents with us at wholesale rates, set your own price to clients and keep the difference, while we take on the custody, security and continuity. Partner rates are quoted firm by firm.
